Hardware Repairs and Installations

  • Full Refund: We offer a full refund for any hardware repair or installation service if the issue is not resolved or if the service fails to meet the agreed-upon solution.

  • Partial Refunds: In cases where significant time has been spent or specific parts/equipment have been purchased for the repair or installation, we may offer a partial refund. The partial refund amount will be determined based on the time spent and cost of materials used minus a restocking fee for any ordered parts, if applicable.

Website and SEO Services

  • Full Satisfaction Guarantee: For website development and SEO services, we offer a full refund to clients who are unsatisfied with the final product or results, provided the request for a refund is made within 30 days of service completion.

Limitations and Conditions

  • Request Process: Clients must request a refund in writing by contacting us directly. Please provide a detailed explanation of the issue or reasons for dissatisfaction.

  • Assessment: Each refund request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to attempt a resolution or correction before issuing a refund.

  • Non-refundable Services: Services that involve extensive time investment or third-party expenses (beyond hardware) may only be eligible for a partial refund. We will communicate any non-refundable costs transparently at the time of service agreement.

  • Non-refundable Equipment: Any equipment or parts ordered specifically for a client's service cannot be fully refunded. A restocking fee may apply, and the remaining cost will be refunded.
